Chocolate Brownies
2 whole eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
¼ lb melted butter
½ cup plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
Mix the egg, sugar and melted butter together.
Fold in the sifter flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Spread into a greased or lined baking tray and cook for 20 – 25 minutes at 180°C. Do not over cook as you want it to be gooey!
