Returned Goods
Silver Cross is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with any Item purchased from the Silver Cross On-Line Store, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please call our Customer Service Team on 0845 8726900 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number available to quote when calling as your proof of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable.
All items will be collected by the Silver Cross nominated carrier. There will be a charge of £10.00 per returned item (£50.00 for Balmoral and Kensington), and such charges will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Goods
We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will repair free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for collection and return of these items.
We will repair at your cost any item which suffers accidental damage at any time during its lifespan. Please contact us for a quotation.

Our manufacturers endeavour to hold fabric and coordinating components for the duration of the guarantee period. If specific colours are not available then a coordinating fabric will be used. Fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.

Delivery Coverage
Silver Cross will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. There may be an additional delivery or collections charges and extended delivery times in some areas. We do not currently offer delivery or collection to/from BFPO.
