Upgrade Your Warranty

When you first open your new Silver Cross product, you
will find a Silver Cross product pack inside containing 
instructions. In the inside cover, you will find your warranty registration card (see right). 

Simply fill out the form below with all your details and enter the number listed on the reverse of the card (circled in red) in the product serial number box to register your Silver Cross 2 year warranty. You only need to enter the three digit number on the card, as the form will add the
'SX' for you!

All Silver Cross wheeled products are covered by a 12 month warranty. Proof of purchase from an authorised retailer may be required to activate your warranty and may be requested should you require Silver Cross after sales service.
However, NEW for 2008 is our free of charge extended 2 year warranty. Silver Cross products purchased from authorised retailers can be registered online within 28 days of purchase to be entitled to the extended 2 year coverage.

How to activate; All Silver Cross products that include the new Warranty registration card qualify to be registered for the free of charge extended warranty. They must be registered online, at www.silvercross.co.uk/2yearguarantee within 28 days of purchase to benefit from the extended warranty.

What the warranty covers; The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for our products that are used in normal conditions and in compliance with operating instructions.

What it does not cover; Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident or negligence. Examples of this include both wheels and fabrics that have been worn down by regular use and the natural breakdown of both materials and colours over time and use. We would suggest that you refer to the product instruction manual for guidance on how to maintain your Silver Cross product.
